I recently bought a new graphic card for my old gaming PC.
Its a Radeon 6450 flex edition with eyefinity support.

So i can play with 3 monitors.
i read some instructions on google to configure the eyefinity for ut2004.

But there is a little problem, the FOV is limited to 100 ingame but i need 150.
The soloution would be a cheat (enable cheat on console, fov 150),
but i guess this would be no option. (ban)

Is there a way to play fov on the ldg ballistic server without a cheat?

In widescreen i get faster headache than with usual playing, maybe its because the old TFT monitors with 20ms.

If you mean the higher refresh rate, then you can change the maximum frame rate cap in ut2004.ini under Engine.GameInfo, in the MaxClientFrameRate=90.000000 setting. Just change 90 to whatever you like. However, setting it higher will affect performance on multiplayer games because the server has to push more information to meet the demand of your higher frame rate. I recommend setting it to five frames above your monitor's limit, because it fixes screen tearing.
