Technically there arent any "official" Assault maps without any vehicles at all and even if you dont count the Minigun Turret then there are only 2/11 "official" Assault maps that exclude Vehicles which are Convoy and FallenCity. Mothership, Jumpship and Acatana have the Space fighters; Glacier the Iontank; Junkyard the Hellbender; Robotfactory the two Tanks and several sentinels + ioncannon; Subrosa two Hellbenders; Thrust a Tank, a Hellbender, two Scorpions and a Raptor; and Outback has every ONS Vehicle once I think. I thought youd hate UT99 so much and yet you wish the Assault was like in UT99, strange.

Hera ~> Like you said, a little bit of everything.

Gasoline ~> Large map, few ways to get extra stuff,..

But in my opinion, the best AS map is the oldz proseidon. Still like this map (sadly, only available on OLDZ weekend (ok).

My favourites remain Poseidon and TheCanyon. Both have a nice mixture of vehicle and foot combat; both look amazing, and neither have repetitive objectives. It's sad that neither are played on a regular basis.

Voted for Hera and Junkyard, but my favourites are Mercury, Poseidon, Confexia and ....Paßwaynaive2.
