Restoring Levels from previous CD key?

Hey guys, it's Derp. I'm back. (Unlucky for you.) Starting at Level 1 is a drag, since I got a new CD key at Christmas, so I'm no longer a pirate. Arr indeed.
I asked Satin if she/he/it had the power to transfer levels across to another user, but I was told to query the forums. Do you think it's allowed? My new username is Swaggab00t, and my old one was Derp^!_XD47. Thanks.
