It will still go for somebody's toilet paper (even though I prefer if yours go for mine, ofc).

I start to hear "I will buy AMD next time!" from other corners, people can't take the trolling.

I wasn't trolling

AMD is better for the average user.

If you fancy a 180Mb download, there's a high-quality alpha gameplay video for this Toxikk game here:

They have also changed their minds and decided to include free dedicated server hosting, even for the basic $20 package on release.

I'm a bit ambivalent about it for now - I appreciate the fun of sights, sprint and loadout after playing here.

Dunno if anyone's still interested, but Toxikk is now available under Steam's "Early Access" mechanism for $20.

It's based on UE3 and after a quick play it seems quite fast-paced, and looks to be in a reasonable state already. Quite impressive for a small indie studio and certainly ahead of UT4. There's only one small map in this first beta release, unfortunately, but online play works OK.

They seem to be expecting/hoping that the community will provide (half of the?) maps for the final release due in May. The SDK is out in March, and the full beta roadmap is here.
