Maybe I missed stuff. I assumed all skill stuff was happening on BW only (i.e. there is still Top 10 on RACE / AS; no decay on data and for inactivity) and set all maps to untracked (solely due to lack of development from my side). Should I restore it?

Yeah - the state it's in now is better than nothing. AS still has the top ten because nobody complained about it.

I did complain about it because as there is no decay, the top 10 never changes. Can't you include the decay, or show only the last month played?

A possible issue with decay is that the majority of the tracked skill maps are very rarely played, with the exceptions being SubRosa, Convoy and Holocorp.

If the top ten is such a problem I'd advocate removing it, it's been shat up for a while with players occupying multiple places.

No shit, but if the skill system (which is what the balancer reads its data from) is being objected to, its problems need to be fixed before the balancer can be reactivated...

Oh ok I get what you mean now by "skill". Well indeed, but what's the problem with it ? Removed or just don't work ?

It works fine, but it was removed apparently due to complaints. Those complaints presumably need to be resolved before it can be reintroduced.
