I appreciate it, Pinky. But i think server for 9 ppl not really worth this effort.
I believe, that if instead, we all gather together and go to some one other server, we could try to bargain some special conditions there. Like having the creative world, building an spawn town, etc. I am sure that authorities there definitely would be happy to obtain both players and contribution to their server.

No, they are not. However, at the moment they are pushing updates through binary patches which do not contain the infringed code...
