Last time I tried it in DM altfire gas ammo didn't resupply from pickups.

You must've tried a long time ago. It most certainly does - at least from the ammo bag pickups. Might not from M763-specific ammo pickups.

Ammo class for M763 is generic 12-gauge so I can't make shells spawn from its pickup.

Bayonets and holding melee fires don't.

Fixed. Occurred if you died and were thawed with the M763 in your loadout.
