File Mismatches

Pablito doesn't seem able to download any map at all on the server - all of them come up as 'file size mismatch'. Cache deletion doesn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also affecting map downloads from other servers (but only maps, other files are exempt).

Says he can't remember his password, so he's asked me to. We've been trying for 2 hours now
It's very weird. Can't download any server files from any server - all of them server size mismatches.
