My recent ban

Dear all,
I did not switch to the "stronger team" or at least I did not think I did.
I left the game to answer a call from eBay, at which point when I joined back I was on the attacking team (when I oringally joined I was on the defending team)
which in my view were winning as they destroyed my Ion cannon within 10 seconds and were quite fast. Therefore when I rejoined I changed back to my original defending team
at which point I was kicked from the server.
Please ask izumo as he was playing there. I have been accused of many things but I try to play fair and even switch teams my self to help balance the game.

I assume this is hamish speaking. Izumo was the one who placed the ban. I was present as well. I see no reason to lift at the moment. In the future I would recommend not rejoining a game after leaving for an extended amount of time. It's a 1 day ban.

I honestly did not know which team was winning, if you check the text records, you will see I switched team almost instantly as I thought I should be defending not attacking.
Check the records, how could I judge which team was stronger that quickly?
And I don't mean to be rude, but where in the rules does it say not to rejoin?

It's not for the joining, it's for the switch after that.
It wasn't a few moments, or at least to me it didn't appear to be that way.
I think when I rejoined, one round was already over, I did not remember which colour I was - therefore I switched teams thinking it was the same round.
Can my ban please be lifted as I did not do this on purpose.

TFW you have to wait a whole day before getting unbanned, because you arent an admins buddy.
