Pretty conclusive if you ask me. Turning into other vehicle, then nitro. The dinky horn at the end even serves as a "got you".

It's true that cars tend to slip on elevators, but you clearly used nitro in the direction of the other car and then saved yourself, showing that you knew what you were doing.
