Double player - mounted weapon

On DustStorm, I had a double (I was in the blue team. Right after a new round, Aberiu - who was red - was able to kill me ~~ 2-3 secs after the round began, I was frozen - we were both at this opposite of each other).
I think the bug came from I tried to remove the X-83 (mounted) while a red was busy to fire me and I died right after it.
First time I see this.
