All of these strategies provide excessive reward for risk (cheap) or are simply undefendable.
Forbidden
Teleports
- Camping or spamming a teleport in any way
- Using area denial weapons on a teleport or just outside of it
- Mining teleports whether passively (M46 proxy) or actively (M46 manual / FP9 manual)
Lifts
- Camping at the top of a lift with melee (code will prevent this from occuring, mostly)
- Camping the exit of a lift with a deployed weapon or a minigun turret
- Using area denial weapons on a lift or its immediate exit (same as above, mostly prevented by code)
- Mining a lift or the exit of a lift whether passively (M46 proxy) or actively (M46 manual / FP9 manual)
Strongly discouraged (may provoke map changes)
- Spamming grenades down a lift shaft
- Camping the top of a lift with weapons other than melee

Pretty much what they say. Setting up with an MG pointed at the exit of a lift or constructing a minigun turret with a view to a lift exit with the express purpose of camping that exit, and camping the top of a lift by sitting at the top spamming down, as happened in Goliath, resulting in the ion cannon edit.
