offline Assault/Race bug?

In the last 24 hrs has something been changed, in offline mode you can now only join the Blue (defending) team if you try and switch teams, it switches you back, also the bots only spawn on one team too, it must be an error

No matter, its a side effect of the Stunt HQ mutator, when disabled it reverts back to normality.

Think I have encountered this problem before. The fix was really odd. Had to join racing server then disconnect then start up my own offline session. No idea what causes it.
