I can tolerate a mute for the banter myself and Ehi had - but i did not change my name via console or any otherwise, and yet was banned for doing so it seems. You have other admin (i assume only admin can do this?) that changed my name to "Aza ruined map etc.." Please check your logs and you should find this is the case.
