E-90N Particle Accelerator

You can continuously sap energy from frozen enemies while using neutrino amplification mode.
How it works:
1. Keep sapping energy from an enemy who is still alive.
2. Have a teammate kill the enemy you are currently sapping. But DO NOT stop sapping him.
3. Continue sapping the frozen enemy. If you let go, you have to do the procedure again.
4. ????
5. Enjoy your full charge!

Way too complicated weapon. these special features are made for like 2 ppl from ldg who will use it..all others stick to weapons they normally have.
Same with wrench.
Just put up another assault rifle or sth.

So why is no one using these 2 weps and use CX61 instead,most popular. Shoot full magazine, hip it and heal mates, best weapon.
Call us dumb but most dont feel to use it. To compare your hours of work and in the end 1 guy uses it wouldnt make me happy.

Primary fire hurts, alt fire heals. Oh shit that is complicated. Why can't it be simple llike the HMC where you had to change weapon modes to use it? Damn what was I thinking.

I prefer using not-so-widely-whored-weapons because they offer somthing different from the daily spammery. Variety is good, monotony makes me sick and sad. Sick because you hear nothing but same fucking weapon everywhere, sad because
weeks if not months of work (designing stage, coding work, balancing values, bugstomping) go basically in vain when nobody uses a weapon that fulfills a purpose (aside from being a bullet-faucet). Azarael calls me a "weapon hipster", and damn straight I am.
Now lets get back on topic and report bugs.
EDIT: Disregard the first post I made, you can apparently sap energy freely from frozen enemies while in neutrino amplification mode without needing to do the steps.
