PM System broken

When I send someone a message, the message is stuck in the outbox and will not be delivered to the recipient.

I believe that's just a receipt and will disappear once the person you have sent the message to reads it.

Earl is correct. Outboxed PMs have not been read.

Your sent messages will appear in "Sent messages."

one of the recipients noted two unread messages, so the outbox is now set to (1) but the PM button didn't turn green. Don't know if you guys bother enough to dive into that.
