Turret team colors

Just a small request to whoever runs the server now (Cal I guess)
I did turret team colors quite a while ago but Az was too busy to implement them. I don't know if it's too much programming or not, but if you want to try - the textures are here:

The turret should be green whenever it's empty, otherwise - red or blue.
