so, if i download both Lilian and Rocket, everybody on LDG will see them? or only clients who have these skins installed?

Didn't we find out already that our download size without my skins is about 1 gigabyte?
Also, server used to push them before, so those who didn't reinstall/clean cache still have them.

IIRC, they have to have the .upl file in order to see the skin if the server isn't pushing them. I'm not 100% sure on this, though.
