In my opinion, speaking from experience, be grateful of your 2nd chance and don't cause controversy (apart from using the MAU).

Being drunk while driving doesn't make you immune to the consequences and the same applies here. If you want to drink and then join the server and start offending and antagonizing everyone, you're going to have to accept the consequences.

The greatest irony here being, if you didn't appeal the mute, you wouldn't be banned now.

The point is you're breaking the rules set by the powers that be. The rules for LDG are clearly defined and being drunk doesn't exempt you from them.
