7 day ban

Since when is team balancer abuse (which I did not do on purpose) a 7 day ban? I understood that it was a one day ban.

Ban durations are incremental and per category of offense. For standard offenses, the first ban is for a period no shorter than one day and not to exceed two days, expiring at midnight of the day after the ban is placed. Following bans will be applied according to these stages: 7 days, 30 days, permanent ban.

And sure Noone of banned players did offense on purpose... especially when it's done not in the 1st time.

I spectated, so i could go get food and my lil brother decided to go on so he joined, then i kicked him off, so that unbalanced the teams, so when i finished i wanted to play (i admit that bit was kinda my fault) and then you so very kindly banned me.
Ps i just got banned from another ldg server as soon as i joined, is that because i was banned from racing/assault?

Yes. Also you are banned on invasion server.
There are rules. To join after tb abuse u can only after admin permission.

Surely you could be more creative than 'my little brother did it'.

iRobot, actually if you get an admin (if they can) to see my coloured names list, one of them is Jamie (my little brother) who goes on occasionally but most of the time watches me. Usually when i leave to do something he plays for me so i don't kicked for idling, i'm not saying he purposely got me kicked.
Ps what am i meant to do in a situation like that next time (should this problem arise again)?
