Road RAGE

Post by iZumo » Sun 26 Jun , 2016 11:32 am

Is it so friggin' difficult for US drivers to recognise the "no-left sign" on road crossings? They'll just block the entire lane "lel I'll wait until they get red in opposite direction" ... it's like being in Taipei.

In California people usually go 5 - 10 MPH above the speed limit. Which is good with the exception of highways - since they spread out, so to drive 85 - 95 MPH you'll have to change lines back and forth to overtake them.

Do you use a radar detector/laser jammer and dashcam?

Nope. Haven't had the need for them so far. btw. in Europe many places now use cameras to measure the speed (both cops & speed traps).

You can circumvent that by using a license plate flipper:

British people should indicate once in a while. Maybe then it'd be less risky to cross the road in my neighbourhood!
