Permanent ban, server attacked ?

Sorry, I can't post anywhere else.
I'm sure there is a problem with the server cause I cant loggin in a match session, alternate with "permanent ban" or "ban for this session".
Do you have some idea of what happened and re allow me to play ?

Not permanent, just 30 days. All banned players see the same message as you.
