I don't understand why are you spending £332 on CPU vs £221 on GPU when it's a gaming machine. You'll get better FPS when you'll spend less on CPU and more on GPU.

I agree with Izumo, if your main activity will be gaming, the most important is the GPU. So better spend a little more on it than the rest.

Ive been looking into crossfire Rx480 and some of the benchmarking look awesome. Most likely, down the line, i would buy a second rx 480 for the extra performance. So having a $350 cpu would be helpful for that time. Wont need to upgrade that for now.

Dual video card systems (or dual GPU video cards) are not worth it for gaming because they have various issues such as added latency, stuttering, etc.

You'll get better off with buying a GeForce GTX 1080 than two Rx480.

or a 1070, the '80 is slightly overkill for fullhd lel

lots of games doen't even support dual gpu systems, it's pretty stupid having two gpus for gaming...

Not if you get a boner when your game is running smooth @ ultra @ UHD.

Why not pick 2011-3 main board and put, atm., the cheapest intel I7 in it -> Intel Core i7-5820K (the 2011-3 in not cheapest socket i know). So u can in about 5 year put the 10 core Intel Core i7-6950X in it and/or if your main board support it a xenon CPU. GPU in the other hand can always be upgraded to a better one. (if its still PCI-E :?: )
