I guess switching back is not a problem in mid game, if you did job for your team you will want to finish map in same team or being switched in middle of 1st defending round means you will play almost whole game only defending for example. But according to demo it was in 2 mins after game started and he was switching to team which is much stronger so he was disbalancing teams even more than they were
