Unable to play due to invalid server?

Hey guys (And guyettes), I have been unable to play Unreal Tournament for the last two weeks. It begins to download and then suddenly stops and a pop-up box appears with the message: "Downloading package 'SolToozvl3b' failed: Invalid URL". Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can get around it? Any input would be appreciated.

I appreciate the reply, Den, but I am a novice with computers and I do not want to improperly download anything. When you say put it into the system folder, do you mean into the Windows System 32 Folder or the folder for Unreal Tournament? Or something else? Thanks for the help.
