So when i just booted my comp and logged in, x fire pop ups and asks to log in etc. Is there some way that it doesn't pop up at the boot, but just when i click the freakin icon.?

I don't know if it's exactly what you need, but look in Tools/Settings/General. It's a tick box you need to disable.
