Note regarding player å

Apparently this guy has sent an email off accusing me of abusing my power.
Exchanges goes like this:
He is kicked from WebAdmin for using a stupid name with invisible characters in it.
He rejoins using that name. I go in game and private message him asking him to change the name. He ignores me, so he's session banned.
He rejoins using the same name next game to tell me he's "reported me for abusing my power".
If people read the server rules, specifically the part that says "If you're asked to stop doing something, then you will stop or be kicked / banned", we wouldn't have this trouble
