Repeat limit dropped back to 10

I've removed the artificial limit, which was previously set above the number of maps in the racing maplist. If you want to play a standard map, you will most likely HAVE to play a racing map in order to tip the vote with score-based voting. I may adjust the gametype to invalidate scoring for infantry kills in light of this.
