Combat Defibrillator
By the way...
The defibrillators do not affect frozen players, and have not done so for months.
M353 Machinegun
- Melee weapons themselves are now displaced, for half the original displacement period
- Melee weapons are locked while so displaced
- Melee weapons will therefore accept transfer of the aim displacement caused by being hit while having a gun out
Combat Defibrillator
- Removed heal cap
- Punch heals for 15
- Increased damage of punch when charged from 20 to 45
- Punching consumes 20% of charge on any hit
- Uppercut heals for 30
- Increased damage of uppercut when charged from 35 to 70
- Uppercut consumes 40% of charge on any hit
- Uppercut shockwave consumes 20% of charge
- Reduced knockback of shockwave by 50%
- Shockwave attacks displace aim
- Increased bringup time from 0.5 seconds to 0.66 seconds
- Increased putdown time from 0.5 seconds to 0.66 seconds
- Reduced intensity of flash effect
