ban phobos

oke now, first rond i was on red, the second round blue had one player less, so i changed to blue, so no one changed because of me, and i got banned for abusing teambalancer, but that cant be, blue had already less player, so i changed without consequences, at that moment izumo warned the guy e=c/m * 2 about abusing teambalancer, so i think there is a misunderstanding here

You abused the balancer earlier and both you and e=m*c^2 were banned from the session.
