when it says only clan-members can spawn vehicles, what is the difference between a player and clan-member

let's see..
the server is running a mutator called clanmanger.
so clanmembers are the ones who are registered in there.
simple, isn't it?

generally spoken there is nothing you can do directly to become a clanmember.
the admins will choose you if they think you are worth having those rights or need them for some reason.
