ban for nothing or something?

last night i tried joining server with name

it keep saying your ip address has been banned from the current game for nothing i dont know y is tht happening

when you try to join the server you will get a message. what does it say?

when i try join the game after it has been switched from a map to another 1st time my game crashes

after that i keep getting this error on connect
your ip address has been banned from the current game

until map change
and after that .............. again

what error message do you get when the game crashes?

idk it just automatically closed but i was able to see a small error box screen like it appears only half or less second

Maybe we can solve it.
