X3 Knife

Swings slightly faster
Speedup is 5% instead of 10%

X4 Knife

Hits for 150 with faster fire rate
Speedup is 5% instead of 10%

EKS-43 Katana

Swipe arc reduced by 33%

A909 Skrith Blades

Now have Knife range with very small swipe arc

A49 Skrith Blaster

Projectile damage down to 28 from 36 (was doing 131% of baseline dps before)

E-23 VPR

When laser is active, aim will displace

SK-410 Assault Shotgun

Slug shots will spread in the normal fashion

Bayonet Melee

Fire delay increased 50%

AK490 Battle Rifle

Fixed an oversight which meant this weapon took 0.35 seconds to aim instead of 0.25 seconds

AM67 Assault Pistol

Damage increased from 65 to 75
Recoil increased from 512 to 1024
Fire interval decreased from 0.45 to 0.4

Bulldog

Tweaked sight position

M46 Red Dot Sight

Fixed a serious oversight which led to hip expansion for M46 Red Dot Sight specifically to take over four times as long compared to other weapons.

MR-DR 88

Recoil reduced

T10 Grenade

T10 damage made more consistent and increased.
T10s are limit 1 while the effect of this change is observed

Most bayonet attacks deal 160.
All bayonet attack damage increases by 1.5x when attacking from behind.

A73 Skrith Rifle, CYLO Firestorm

Melee attacks deal 135 with delay of 0.45 seconds.

The following changes are pending and will come with a delay (~ end of week), you may consult them in discussion thread

Ranking

- ability to exclude yourself from ranking from the current match, for whatever reason you want (tired, wanting to try other guns, etc.)

The following requirements must be met:
1) Your skill must be at least 5.00. If you have skill between 5.00 - 6.00 then you may exclude yourself from ranking for one match / day. If you have skill at least 6.00, then you may do so twice / day (this will be reset @ 8 AM)
2) You have 0 kills and 0 deaths.
3) It's not peak hours (19:00 - 23:59)

To exclude yourself from the ranking from the current match, type "EFR" or "ExcludeFromRanking" to console (will be acknowledged or denied). Admins can use "AdminEFR" or "AdminExcludeFromRanking" when logged in and are only bound by condition 2).

Killing unranked player will not increase your kills just as being killed by unranked player will not increase your deaths. On UTComp scoreboard, unranked player will show "OUT" under skill.

Balancer

- Practice round in Freon will be increased from 20s to 30s
- Titan team fix will be removed and replaced by team-spec*Sentinel balancer (chat bot is off on BW).
- In Freon after the end of practice round, the teams will be rearranged by skill (only in ranked games)
- In Freon, balancer will not forcibly switch players during round (unless one team has 3 players less), switching remains based on your join time
- In other games, balancer will forcibly switch a player after a 15s delay (same as Titan)
- No action will be taken if a team has 2 players less and is winning (only in Freon)
- Balancer will prevent you from joining if you spectated and caused other player to be switched

Freon

- killstreaks are reset properly after practice round

Fast projectiles no longer have a larger collision than normal
Renamed some firemodes

General

You cannot hide your weapon.
Hipfire will now never be 100% hip accurate.

General

Added "Random Weapon" dummy. You can randomise your pistol and your secondary weapon. However, UT2004's Rand() function seems to be shit. Can anyone confirm whether int(FRand() * whatever) would work better?

3SPN

Halved team heal rate
Adjusted points for thawing to 0.5 (to bring score more in line with skill system)

A909 Skrith Blades

Damage up from 70 to 90

AK490 Battle Rifle

Damage up from 28 to 30
Fire rate down from 0.11 to 0.115

Bayonet Melee

Increased swipe arc
Melee gains damage over held time

G5

Mortar rockets move a bit faster

GRS9 Pistol

Reduced bullet DPS by 40%
GRS-9 is now automatic

HAMR

Moved to Streak 1

H-V Mk5 Plasma Cannon

Secondary damage down to 45 from 65
Secondary no longer spawns two projectiles

LS-14

Double fire damage raised from 100 to 130

M46

Grenade travels faster.
Future patches will add a manual detonation mode to the M46.

M925 Machinegun

Hits for 45 @ 0.17 with same DPS
Wider hip
Reloads more slowly

Nanoblade

Fixed an issue with the Nanoblade causing it to be almost unhittable

Nova Staff

Tentatively increased the healing done by enhanced Nova Staffs by 50%

Riot Shield

Improved block. Takes half of the previous damage. Any damage reduced to 5 by the Riot Shield is blocked.

SRS Family

Initial hipfire spread is now wider

X83

X83 turrets are more stable
