What is the discussion value of this statement? What do you expect us to say now? "Fucking awesome bro" is about as far as this discussion would have gone if I hadn't have posted calling you out on yet more spam, despite you being a moderator. This is also a personal thread, which the forum in question would lock on sight:

No personal or "Hello" threads.

This means that you can not make threads on how your day was at work or school. Members don't want to read how badly things went at school with such and such Teacher, or how a collegue at work fell over his chair.

"Hello" threads are the domain of the Newcomers Forum. That is what it is for. Old Members coming back or New Members are to use the Newcomers Forum to introduce themselves.

As a sidenote, the small exception to this rule is if you're going to have a baby

If you are expecting, then it's ok to let us all know of the new Homeworlder to the community, and you may post in the General Discussions forum
