The kick vote exists in order for you to be able to remove players who are breaking the SERVER rules - NOT to allow you to implement mob rule. If you use the kickvote to kick players who are breaking YOUR rules (for example, no shooting on armed maps) you will be banned for abuse of kick vote.

Similarly, sabotaging your vehicle or another player because they are using their weapons will be considered teamkilling and team hampering and will result in the same outcome.

I'm sure it will surprise nobody to know that the players in question include IllegalName.

The kickvote is a redundant feature. On average the server has 20 players. You'll never reach 11 kickvotes for anyone, even if the player is the biggest asshole you have ever met.

Ironically, it was requested by late-night players in response to a racist individual joining and acting with impunity.
