I feel there should be some kind of bonus for taking random weapons. Some of the loadouts it gives you are ridiculous (G5/HMC!)

oh yea i thought the same yesterday, adrenalin, higher damage, or higher fire rate? not much though, just a motivation to choose random weapon

It is what it is. You're not supposed to get an advantage from selecting random weapons.

Agree, there is no point to have a random choice (which is usually worse than our conscious choice) if there is no some kind of compensation.You don't get an advantage, that's the whole point.

How about adding the KS weapons into the random weapons rotation.
Sure, you risk starting a round with a Plasma Cannon, but it would only be one round of the game, even if you survive, and probably only one game every blue moon. Would spice up random weapons without making it OP, because for every time you get a good loadout with for ex, a HAMR, you equally have times when you get a bad loadout.

No. Random is what it is. It is not a killstreak lottery or an excuse for free buffs. It will, now and forever, simply give you a random weapon.
There are 36 main slot weapons and 5 streak-class weapons (HAMR, MRL, Plasma, HvC, Flamer). Random would give you 5/41ths ~= 1/8th of a chance per slot expended on Random to gain a streak weapon. Using a main wep plus Random in reserve would become a viable strategy to get more KS weapons. No thank you.
