3: Any ideas why my heart area might hurt so much? It happens at school, all the time, usually once a week. My teachers said it might be chest infection, but idk. Please answer

3: I'm sort of skinny, lots of people keep saying it when i'm changing for PE. Thus I walk there and back, which adds up to 40 minutes also, so my heart can't be that big. Sorry for asking here; I just find some experts are my friends.

That's odd, and still I wonder how could a heart gets bigger by simply walking...

When you do a lot of active sports your muscles need more blood to maintain the performance which means your heart needs to get bigger to push more blood through your body per heartbeat.
Walking increases blood pressure and pulse a little bit and it helps enlarging your heart.
