You may have found by now that your ban is not permanent, it is only three days. Nonetheless, teambalancer abuse is unacceptable.

2. Let the teambalancer do its job.
2a) Teamswitching for any reason except to even the balance of the game is forbidden. This includes switching so that you can be on your preferred attack or defense team.
2b) If a player is switched by the balancer as a result of your spectating, you may not rejoin the game without admin permission. Similarly, if it is suspected that you are reconnecting to the server in order to switch players and manipulate the balancer, action will be taken.

You must know that Team balancer switches players automatically from one team too other.

There are true words, but u was not switched by a balancer, you gone to spec from blue team and joined reds after ~GrrrrrJonny~ was switched by a balancer.

If the banning administrator first ejects you with a standard ban command (immediate) the message displays "permanently banned". I don't believe there's much to be done about that without a client edit.
