d.anger ban - mistakenly PM'd admin. Apologies.

Sorry for PMing you AZ. Didn't realize it was frowned upon.
I truly didn't mean to abuse the team balancer and am sorry for breaking the rules.

Hi d.anger. Hard to tell from the log the real picture here. What team were you on when you spectated? Were you at all remorseful/protesting when Jester mentioned the 3 day ban? Did you return to spec when you realised it was a TB abuse?

It is not as simple as just saying sorry and assuming the ban will be removed.

Once I realize I had abused the TB I immediately disconnected so the TB could do its job and Lox could switch back to his team. I feel rotten for having broken the rules and messing up Lox's game. I have read rules many times and should have thought faster and acted slower.
I obey all the rules (well until now) and do everything I can to ensure fair play. I accept and support whatever action is required.

He did in fact disconnect. Will give benefit of doubt.

Ban removed.

Perhaps one moral of our story is that one should to be careful about jester's future allegations. I have in the past been one of his many victims (was leggit in my case that being said), but mister supergrass seems to get great pleasure from denouncing anything and everything, sometimes at the expense of honest players such as D.Anger. Last time I played Cimerion and teams were very clearly unbalanced, I offered my bro to flip with him, to spare him another hard game. Seeing the team-balancing activity, Jester Immediately denounce it as a team-balancer abuse, while no player had been affected. I'm seriously tired of being forced to justify to a professional delator. Like everyone, I've seen many minor abuses (several spawn-camping/sniping or obj blocking recently for example), but a simple reminder is generally sufficiant to resolve the issue.

srsly

I'm adding this Freddy Mercury mining station looking guy for no reason

Yeah I made so many victims ! troll2

Seriously dude, I'm not a fuckin' intelligent prick who knows what you & your bro'll do.

Seeing someone who go to spec', made someone change team cause of his spec' then join the opposite team = team balancer abuse.

I'll be more clever with you, Sir. I swear it. troll_f

Oh and I forgot: make a reply to write shit things is quite stupid. (;

P.S.: I enjoy to denounce people who break rules. Deal with it. ;'D'D

Problem is that you also denounce innocent players. Typically D.Anger here, or my brother who wasnt team-balanced but fliped with me on purpose as you could understand it just by reading the logs. No need for being a "fucking intelligent prick". Just need to be a responsible person and stop believing that one will be more appreciated by acting like a frustrated cop ;)

I can't agree with you on that point, Clan chief :D . This ban was clearly the result of the intervention of Jester. I take this opportunity to point out that I have no (more) personal bitterness against Jester. I estimate him as a skillful player and very "civic" player (without irony). I just believe that the atmosphere of the server can only be improved by promoting dialog and reminders instead of asking systematically for a ban against one or another.
