I would like to reappeal my chat ban. In the time I was unable to chat I have come to understand that LDG is very strict on their rules, something I should have adapted to earlier. Though I must once again underline that I am no racist, I used the n word to win an argument that unfortunately I did by getting muted. I believe I was telling him you should not use homosexual as a negative slur, just like you shouldnt say the n word because its bad and should get you banned, something along those lines. Oh the irony. Yet I do realise that I have been annoying, ill mannered and probably pretty much an asshole many times.
I love this game and speech has always played a big part for me, it makes the game more fun and advances play by communicating eachothers moves. I miss talking to other players and I have noticed that some players do appreciate what I say.

I kindly ask for one final chance, in case of another violation of the rules may a permanent ban be applied.

I can hardly call something that is hardwired in the game a glitch. If a speeding bender is a punishable thing the server should be empty as shit since I've seen people do this all the time. Because nobody actually complained when other people did this, because I've seen nobody be punished for this action and because ut2004 phyisics are supposed to be ut2004 physicis I figured this would be fine. Obviously I wasnt looking for trouble with my perfectly clean slate of abuse.

Also, balkanraiser, be kind enough to let Overload know that he shouldnt blame is lack of skill on me. I cant help being a good enough player after 10 years of this shit.

I'm not inclined to permanently ban him for that. Other admins are welcome to, though.

What I think would be the best solution at this point would be to implement a checkpoint system to all race maps. Next I have the LDGGame14 source, I'm going to add it and we'll be rid of this glitch and skip shit once and for all. No more bans and no more having to watch people all the time.
