Using the nickname Mexican_Wetback as well as Smelly_Mexican

Since this is an ethnic slur, I'm not sure if racism applies, would appreciate the input of others on this ban.

To be honest, I'd have thought this has gone beyond mute and is heading to ban territory. Certainly others have been banned for less.
