Could not really identify when the bug occurred precisely and I could not persistently make it happen, but several times after reload, first shot was unresponsive. I mean, reload then run a bit, aim, and shoot, this first shot did not happen, then immediately I clicked again (as reflex), and it shoots. There was something holding the first click when you shoot.
Happened very often with M736, then I changed then to my beloved MRS138... its adorable my shotgun ;B

If the crosshair is orange, the weapon needs to be cocked. This will happen if you empty a shotgun.

That way you can keep feeding after you kick it off (if you can aim, you know, for some people even that can be difficult trollface ). But still, you have to find one hole for the first time.
