The description of the official website is good, so here it what it is about:
"Q.U.B.E is a first person puzzle solving game where the player finds themselves set in a cubic environment with a special pair of gloves. These gloves enable the player to manipulate cubes in the level in order to complete puzzles."

It is short (about 30 to 45min) and beta version, but it looks promising.

I suggest to not watch the video of the website if you don't want to be spoilt! But you can look at the gallery.
