No not only that.
Slow charge deals now only 65 damages, its firing speed has been reduced again
Hipfire is bigger.

Is it normal ?

Hipfire is smaller.

Fire rate was decreased and damage dealt was decreased, because it became clear I'd overbuffed the Nova when factoring in how it gains power with souls and is accurate from the hip.

My opinion (what I see on the server aswell), is that slow charge became useless, and now people (including me) just spam fast charges. :)
You could just change 1 or 2 attributes, why changing everything ?

The Nova and Dark are intentionally weak to begin with and empower themselves with souls. Fast Charge is intended for close range and spreads out a lot, Slow Charge has extremely strong hipfire. If you want to cannon around the map with hipfire, then that's fine, but don't expect to be able to 2 or 3 shot people while you do.

In particular, the Nova isn't working as intended at the moment (no soul bonus, which is what both weapons are based around) so judging it as it is is unfair.

Freon

Camp check is skipped if you dealt damage in the last ten seconds.

Riot Shield

Riot shield added. Incoming damage from the front is dramatically reduced. Damage is divided by 4, and then 6 is subtracted. Anything dealing 24 damage or less is blocked outright and deals no damage. All shotguns except the A500 are therefore blocked. For comparison, the Railgun (150) deals 31 damage to a shield. This will be worked out better later, but for now you'll have to deal with an unbreakable wall of fibreglass which can reduce damage from rockets, slugs, flames, bullets, grenades, heavy melee strikes and more, as long as they hit from the front.

Has attacks which do not yet have first person view animations.

Nova Staff, Dark Star

Fixed issue with Nova Staff. Nova now grants health when attacking a non-frozen enemy player.
Nova Staff and Dark Star no longer benefit from the Aim key.
Increased Nova Staff and Dark Star accuracy.

Did you added the camp thing and the riot shield already?
Hmm.. no drastic changes while i was away :) when im on pc today ill go on server :D

The above changes have been added.

Coming up:

Riot Shield

Primary fire has first-person attack animation.
Defends against all damage which isn't world-caused (lava, etc).
Displays effects when hit (aim knockoff and sparks)

HMC Beam Cannon

Healing beam fire should now replicate correctly, displaying as yellow.

M290 Shotgun

Tweaked. Is the most powerful shotgun at close range, but is ineffective outside of that range. Double barrel fire covers a wide area and is extremely useful for dispatching groups of enemies, but requires the weapon to cock. Single barrel fire is quick and powerful, but firing both barrels causes the weapon to cock.

SKAS-21

Fires even more quickly than it did before.
Damage values tweaked.
Drops faster.
No longer cocks on pickup and first selection.
Faster reload.

Pistols

More visible crosshairs.

AM67 Assault Pistol

Effective range is far longer.

M763 "Avenger"

Reduced range effectiveness again.

On the agenda:

Dual Wield made useful

Tweaking Loadout menu from Melee, Sidearm, Grenade, Weapon One, Weapon Two into Sidearm(incorporating melee), Defensive Equipment, Offensive Equipment, Weapon One, Weapon Two

Nova Staff, Dark Star

Even more accurate.

BORT-85

Reduced damage values slightly for grenade and significantly for flare, as it's hip accurate and causes view obstruction with flames.

Shotguns

Hipfire spread increases by 3x compared to aimed. This should now properly be reflected in weaponfire, too.

R9 Ranger Rifle

Stronger zoom.

Redwood 6000

Stronger zoom.
