in times of globalization nothing is dedicated to a country... and if you really want to give the credits to a country:
The server is located it Switzerland
The admins are from everywhere: France, Great Britain, Germany, Czech Republic, USA, Switzerland and not to forget: Poland
The maps are made by more than one 'country'.
So either give credits to all or lets all just shut the freak up and HAVE FUN!
