Yes, for instance Motorola RAZR3 (RAZR pre-smartphone era), had Symbian, but was cancelled (coz smartphones) , but engineering samples exist. It however had a Korean release in 2009 as V13, although modified. At that time, we had Motorola Milestone in Europe
