On topic: Is there any reason the AK-490 didn't get the ballistic knife fire moved to the secondary fire key? Right now it's got:
Primary: Boolets.
Secondary: Bayonet if knife loaded, rifle butt if not loaded.
Melee: Rifle butt regardless of knife loaded status
Special Function: Shoot / Reload Ballistic Knife.
Was there a problem in getting the melee fire key to swap from bayonet to rifle butt or something?

Coach gun alt fire is also still melee, btw. Is that because switching to slug has its own animation?

Hm. I'd imagine you don't want to bother with a single barrel firemode, as frontloaded damage is pretty much always preferable with this kind of weapon and the reload is already plenty fast.
If you leave alternate ammunition like slugs or dragonsbreath as firemodes, that doesn't fill up secondary either. Could do something funky with combined loads, one barrel buckshot, the other slug / dragonsbreath / frag12 / Taser X12 / whatever else.
Just throwing out ideas, but you've probably been over all that.

Combined load was an idea I sort of thought about. I have a single load animation. Might be an option.
If we ever bring the sawn-off into the game I can see that getting the exotic loads like the tazer, dragon's breath, etc. since it sort of has no real place at the moment, coach does the same thing while mrt6 does it arguably better for being a sidearm.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was thinking. And the coach gun as-is feels a bit too traditional for anything too exotic anyways.
Edit: While I'm thinking about shotguns, the SKAS-21's crosshairs do not update to reflect tighter hip spread in manual mode.
