Yeah, I think it'll see more use in my group after the rework. It now has something serious to offer over the R78 besides the infrared of debatable usefulness.

You don't think the fury caused by one hit kills at any body location will cause heavens to tremble?

Honestly I just read charge before fire and assumed trash (HMC Pri tier), but it doesn't sound too tragic now that I read it again.

200 base to limb deals 140 damage.

I remember the previous HMC we had - right near the beginning. It hit for either 200 or 225, but because it forcibly fired on release, it was too hard to control. This version is intended to give you that power when you need it, including the wall penetration from hell, but also allow partial charging for more damage and penetration and straight shots, but with much less penetration.

What degree of penetration does a fully charged shot have compared to current?

Identical, assuming bar is full.

Penetrates up to 5 walls, each of max 24.5m thickness. Penetration is scaled by wall's material type.
