The drawbacks are move speed, poor hipfire and ADS time.

Well I'm saying this because I killed lots of people with it on some maps where the rest of the weapons I tried weren't even close. I don't get myself killed with m925 very often.

Frustration is often expressed when a long-range weapon kills someone at close range, but it's a valid choice to immediately go to sights for extra damage if suddenly confronted with close combat, rather than switch to secondary/sidearm. A few lucky shots might be enough, particularly when using higher mouse sensitivity.
Remember there's a whole spectrum of players from those with low mouse sensitivity who are better at medium/long-range targeting (snipers), to those with high mouse sensitivity like me who rely on reacting & dodging in close combat. And of course there are some players who quickly change DPI via mouse buttons and adjust accordingly (much respect!).
If you bump into my M925, don't take stay facing it - it is
very heavy - get dodging & jumping fast as if you'd met a minigun.

Good - I'll try those for the same reasons above - those poor old shotguns have been almost completely absent for a while now.

Changing DPI? What for? Idk how you guys have setup your sensitivity but i turn around 360 degress within 8cm (3.14 inch) and with that setting i play every weapon/game.

Of course I don't know if anyone here changes mouse DPI in game, but I have seen people use it on other games, out in the real world. I just assumed they thought they were getting a steadier aim at distance, and faster rotate close up.
Perhaps they do have tiny mouse mats - it seems like too much hard work to me.

I change both DPI and FOV on the fly sometimes, when I'm feeling serious.

Zoom handling is now logarithmic. Each new level of zoom doubles the previous one, such that 2x becomes 4x, 4x becomes 8x, etc.
This is awful, the scopes zoom jumps to so high magnifications you always loose the pray while sniping... R78 ruined, Railgun ruined, gauss ruined F???50 ruined, x93 ruined..
viper super, srs is ok..
Why to change the zooming of the weaps?, in my opinion it was ok and balanced.. could you consider a reversal?

I think it's really useful. At the heat of combat, I need to concentrate on the enemy, not my overly complicated scope.

I'll consider a reversal when you've tried it for more than one day, yes.
I can tell from your comment on the SRS that you haven't bothered to read how it works. The SRS is EXACTLY the same as all the other weapons, it just has one less level of magnification, going 2x - 4x - 8x instead of 2x - 4x - 8x - 16x like the full snipers do. If the SRS is fine but the others are not, the problem is with your control or understanding.
The change in handling was made because it is both more efficient and more visually natural for each new zoom level to magnify what you see on your screen by some constant factor in relation to the previous one. If it turns out that there are too few individual zoom grades, whatever, I'll double the number - but test it before instantly claiming I've "ruined" an entire class of weaponry.

I don't know what you're smoking, whats hard about it ?
You can either: use it as it was originally so no change.
or
you can use your mouse scroll-wheel and zoom in/out
What's 'overly complicated' about that?
I'll agree the double zoom stages makes it smoother, and better though.
