M763 seems popular last days, no more the SK410...but if u say there are no changes with it, perhaps they all take it, cause got killed by it dunno

Tried out BWstats just now. Following things happened:
- Started loading something, game froze for a while
- Lost connection because of that
- After reconnecting, executed bwstats again
- The stats window came up, I tried to select a category bottom left...
- ... but nothing happened, I didn't see any weapons to choose from
This not a negative response, it just needs more refining. I would like to suggest making the loading sequence more efficient. With efficient I mean not loading all the weapon pictures at once (freezing, losing connection) when trying to access bwstats, rather only loading them when they are called.
Another suggestion: instead of loading pictures, how about a live preview of the weapon model with viewing controls (rotate model with mouse)?

That's odd. The stats page uses DynamicLoadObject (since it must to access the weapon's properties) but it will only load one weapon at a time so it shouldn't cause you to disconnect. Additionally, it reads from the standard cache as well as BWCache.ini, which you should have.
The images are only loaded when you select a new weapon, as that's when DynamicLoadObject's called.

Okay, went into server and loaded bwstats window again. Didn't lost connection this time, but same issue of not showing anything. Tried deleting bwcache and repeated the process, still nothing. I keep seeing this: Link
I assume when you select one of those tabs, a list with weapon names will roll out. This does not happen with all of them.

I wonder if it only works when the files are directly installed. :/

Bugger. I'll look into whether it's because the CacheManager is accessed first. Since this only reads BW weapons, it doesn't need to be.

Which one is the rememberance default?... It is a bit buggy, for instance the LS14 changed to double barrel without me changing the mode when I swap weapons... Is kind of annoying, had to change the weapon to any other, and the next round (or unfreeze) was able to start it in single mode. Somehow I was used to getting the mode I wanted as I started, now I have to check...Azarael wrote:General

BTW, it is too fast for me to read the who killed who with what and how messages. They are not shown in the chat log when you press F2 (which spams messages "To join VIP members for 10€/month" to VIP members). Is there anywhere or any way to see who killed who messages after? On a similar note, I wouldn't mind seeing a separate kill feed located somewhere on the HUD, though I am not entirely sure there's much room for it.
